The Smile Fund is one of primary causes of the WPCC. The Smile Fund raises money for adults who need dentures. Quite often MaineCare and other insurances pay for teeth extractions. Health insurance does not cover dentures. The addition of teeth does so much for a person, improves self-esteem, improves diet and ability to chew, promotes a person’s ability to seek work and have an interview.

The WPCC Works Service committee reviews applications and authorizes payment at Smile Again Dentures in Lewiston, all through donations.
